商品がお手元に到着していないとのことで、大変ご迷惑をおかけしております。
配送先住所の記載時にZIPコードが抜けてしまっていたようです。
こちらのミスです。大変申し訳ございません。

大変申し訳ございませんが、こちらに到着してから商品を再送しますとかなりお時間がかかるので、お支払い額を全額ご返金とさせていただきたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか?よろしくお願いいたします。
