→入社後、2週間はOJTやロールプレイング中心の座学の研修を実施しています。
 その後2週間は先輩の対応をモニタリングするなどの現場での研修・フォローを実施し、 
 入社後1カ月後に現場デビューという流れで新人教育を進めています。
