一番最後のif necessaryは、好みです。好みが違うからとかいう理由では、減点するのは謁見だと思います。Standardのお客様は突然いつもの人がいなくて当惑されていたと思います。突然始まった格下げ＋間違いまじりのレビュー評価も1つの試練？　速さだけ要求されると、言葉にとらわれてしまい、そこからミスの連鎖が続きます。誰でもそうなりますが、お互いにもっと慎重になっていかねば!! ですね。
