納期が遅れているとの事で、非常に怒っております。

弊社のお客様にも納品が遅れており、非常に迷惑がかかっております。
私たちは、弊社のお客様から怒られております。

下記、ご質問にご回答頂けます様お願い致します。

①なぜ、納品が遅れているのですか？

②確実に船に載せる事が出来る日は、何月何日ですか？

至急、ご回答をお待ちしております。

We are very angry after hearing the delivery time has been delayed.

Hence the delivery to our customers is delayed too and we are getting in trouble.
We are getting claims from our customers.

We ask you to answer the following questions.

①Why has the delivery time been delayed?

② When would be the day that you can certainly put the products on a ship?
