注文商品はINVOICEの通りでOKです。
Aの価格についても理解しました。
BとCは発売日が決まったら連絡下さい。
Dは新しいものを送ってもらうしかないと思います。
正常なDと比較して見ましたが、不具合のある2つのパーツは明らかに不良品です。
また、顧客に販売したDの1つにはlocking panのネジが付属されていませんでした。
当社に同じサイズのネジがあったので解決しました。
Dはもう一度検品してから発送して下さい。
もしも日本直送の送料が高すぎなければ、
直送を依頼するかもしれません。
I confirmed the items I ordered is same as invoice.
I understood the price of A as well.
Please inform when it is fixed the date B and C is on sale.
Regarding D, there is nothing but making deliver new one.
Compared with normal D, two parts that have something wrong are obviously defective products.
Also, one of D which we sold to the customer didn't have a screw of locking pan.
It was dealt with because we had the replacement of same size.
Please deliver D after checking again.
In case the freight fee is not so high, perhaps we ask direct delivery to Japan.
