私はアメリカのebayに出店しているネットショップで商品Ａを購入しました。
商品Ａが私の住んでいる日本に届きました。
早速、商品Ａを使ってみたところ初期不良で使用できませんでした。
そこで日本の代理店であるＢ社に修理をお願いしました。
しかしアメリカで購入した商品の修理はできないと断られました。
あなたのブランドは、世界中のどこの代理店でも購入から1年以内の故障は修理をしてくれるのではないのですか？
どうにかして日本の代理店で修理をできるように手配してください。

I bought product A from a Store on eBay US.
Product A was delivered to where I live in Japan.
I quickly tried to use product A, but from the initial use, it was damaged and unusable.
I then asked the Japanese representative company B for repairs.
However I was refused as the product was purchased in America.
Does you brand not have a worldwide warranty covering fault and repair for all resale stores?
I would like to see arrangements made for my item to be fixed in Japan at the service center.
