私はアメリカのebayに出店しているネットショップで商品Ａを購入しました。
商品Ａが私の住んでいる日本に届きました。
早速、商品Ａを使ってみたところ初期不良で使用できませんでした。
そこで日本の代理店であるＢ社に修理をお願いしました。
しかしアメリカで購入した商品の修理はできないと断られました。
あなたのブランドは、世界中のどこの代理店でも購入から1年以内の故障は修理をしてくれるのではないのですか？
どうにかして日本の代理店で修理をできるように手配してください。

I purchased a product A in the net shop exhibiting at ebay in U.S.
It has arrived in Japan, where I live.
As I tried it immediately, I couldn't use it due to early failure.
Then I asked B company which is an agent in Japan to fix it.
But they refused because they couldn't fix a product which had been bought in U.S.
Isn't it right that your brand goods could be fixed at whichever agent all over the world in case of a failure within a year since purchasing?
Please arrange that I could have it fixed at the agent in Japan.
