御社の商品はとても興味深く、既に何度も購入させていただいています。

しかし、購入時に何度かキャンセルが発生しているため、その解決方法に
ついて相談させてください。

キャンセルのメールには、「請求先住所が違う」と書いてあったため、
Paypal や Visa に住所を確認しました。しかし、特に間違いがあるように
思えませんでした。
可能であれば、具体的に間違い箇所をご指摘いただけませんでしょうか？

I find your products very interesting, and have already purchased many times.

However, there were some occasions where orders were cancelled when I have tried purchase. May I consult with you on the possible solution to that problem?

I have confirmed the address with Paypal and Visa, as the message “wrong billing address” was indicated on the cancellation e-mail, however I could not see any problem.
If possible, please give me the specific mistakes on my orders.
