御社の商品はとても興味深く、既に何度も購入させていただいています。

しかし、購入時に何度かキャンセルが発生しているため、その解決方法に
ついて相談させてください。

キャンセルのメールには、「請求先住所が違う」と書いてあったため、
Paypal や Visa に住所を確認しました。しかし、特に間違いがあるように
思えませんでした。
可能であれば、具体的に間違い箇所をご指摘いただけませんでしょうか？

however, let me discuss about the cancellations that have occured several times at the moment of purchase.

As stated "billing address is wrong" in the e-mails to notify the cancellation, I have verified addresses listed on PayPal and Visa. However, I could not find any particular wrong point. If possible, could you please advise me specifically what was wrong ?
