購入数に対し、すべて合わせて20個も多く届いています。
多かったのはオリジナルの製品です。
どうすればよいですか？

返送する場合の送料はどうなりますか？
調べたところ、EMSで$40、エアメール（国際書留付き）で$32くらいかかるようです。
