①新しいアカウント№.を発行してもらいましたが、以前のPin№.ではログインできないようです。新しいPin№.を発行してもらえますか？それとも、新Pin№.とカンパニー№.でシステム上で取得するのでしょうか？
②w8BENは、ブローカーに対して提出する予定ですが、それとは別に、貴社にも提出する必要がありますか？
③DRSを使って振替する場合、貴社にも指示書を出す必要がありますか？
ブローカー向けの指示書だけでいいですか？

1. You have issued my new account, but It seems previous Pin No. is not available for logging in. Could you issue my new Pin No.? Or, do I need to obtain it through the system using a new Pin No. and the company No.?
2. Do I need to submit w8BEN to you as well, while I am going to submit it to the broker?
3. Do I need to issue the statement of direction to you as well, when I make a transfer using DRS?
Or, is it acceptable issuing it only to the broker?
