輸入できると思っていたのですが、少量でもダメみたいです。
次回から気を付けます。

I have found that the oil is not allowed to import into Japan, so I ask you to accept my returning the goods. I will pay the additional fees, which you can deduct from the money I paid for the goods.

I thought that I can import it here, but they don't seem to allow even a small quantity. I will be more careful next time.
