上記のオーダーIDおよびASINの商品について質問です
この商品は書籍でVATは本来課税されません
以前セラーサポートに問い合わせたところ、「Product Tax Code (PTC)をG_GEN_NOTAXからA_GEN_NOTAX に変更すれば
課税されないようになる、とのことでした。
そして私は変更をしました。しかし、VATが課税されています
このエラーを修正する方法はありますか？

I have a question about the order ID above and the ASIN product.
As a published material this produced is not subject to VAT.
Previously, I spoke to the seller support and was told that by changing the Product Tax Code (PTC) from G_GEN_NOTAX to A_GEN_NOTAX, it would no longer be taxed.
Therefore, I changed it. However, VAT is being charged.
How do I correct this error?
