上記のオーダーIDおよびASINの商品について質問です
この商品は書籍でVATは本来課税されません
以前セラーサポートに問い合わせたところ、「Product Tax Code (PTC)をG_GEN_NOTAXからA_GEN_NOTAX に変更すれば
課税されないようになる、とのことでした。
そして私は変更をしました。しかし、VATが課税されています
このエラーを修正する方法はありますか？

I have a question regarding the above order ID or product's ASIN.
This is a book item and is not subjected to VAT.
Previously when I enquired on seller support, I was told that it will not be taxed if I changed Product Tax Code (PTC) from G_GEN_NOTAX to A_GEN_NOTAX.
I have make that change yet VAT is still being taxed.
Is there a way to rectify the error?
