顧客が勘違いで購入した商品ですが、食品のため返品を受け付けることが出来ません。

顧客と連絡を取り合い、半額の返金で合意しました。ただ、管理画面からは全額返金しか選択が出来ません。

半額の返金はどの様にすれば良いでしょうか。
