私はAmazon.comで販売をしていて、商品はUSPSで発送しています
USPSの配送ラベルはAmazon.comのBuy Shippingのサービスを使用して発行しました
１１月と１２月に発送したいくつかの荷物が行方不明になりました

I released shipping labels using the Buy Shipping service at Amazon.com.
Some of my goods I shipped in November and December became missing.
Therefore, I asked to check my goods at "Where is my Package" of USPS site.
Below is a part of the case numbers, now under investigation.

Are these still under investigation? I'd like to know the present status.
If they are not found, could I receive any any compensations?
