In order to persuade the bank and the company, could you please provide the following phrase?
You may reply to this email as well.

"No claim for Bond shall be performed from the respective companies comprising JV, and the claim for Bond shall only be performed from Company A."

The concern we and the bank have is that the claim right of the bond belongs to both companies A & B, and the duplicated bond will be claimed, so if we can prove there is no such risk, it would make it easier for us to process the request. Please kindly take this into your consideration.

In my understanding the subject matter is urgent, have you had a chance to proceed with the IRC issuance?
