工場に送りましたD表示のラベルをシャツ の洗濯タグとして利用 して下さい。 添付ファイルの写真は、まだ2つとも今までにオーダーしてことがないシャツです。 最後に、 インボイスの金額が恐らく間違っているので訂正お願いします。

We have sent labels with indication D to the manufacturer. Please use them as a washing label for shirts. Regarding the two shirts shown in the attached picture, we have not placed an order for either of them before. Lastly, please take a look at the invoice and correct the price(s), which we think incorrect.
金額の間違えている箇所が何ヶ所か分かりかねましたので、price(s)にしています。１ヶ所だけでしたら、(s)は削除して下さい。

Please use the label of D indication sent to the factory as a wash tag of a shirt. The photograph in the attached file is either of shirts which I have not still ordered. Finally, since the total amount of the invoice is probably wrong, I would appreciate you correct it.

Kindly use the mentioning D label which was sent to factory as a laundary tag. In regards to the attached image files, both of the two shirts has not been ordered yet so far. Lastly the total value in the Invoice may not be corrected. So please correctly revise it.
