入荷の添付ファイルの商品について検品した ところ欠品がありました。この商品はインボイスにのっていました ので、 クレジット発行お願いします。 また、 別注商品のクリーニングラベルをお送 りすればメーカーで付けて出 荷可能でしょうか。

When the goods of arrival were inspected, a missing item has been found out. Since these goods have been in the invoice, please issue the credit. And, if the cleaning labels of the other ordered goods are sent out, would it be possible to be shipped after the manufacturer puts these labels on the goods?

There was a shortage when we inspect the items based on the attached arrival item list file. That items were on the invoice so please issue a credit.
Also is it possible to attach bespoke cleaning labels and ship at manufacturers if we send them?
