表題のブランドなのですが、ラインシートをもらったのですが、オーダーしておりませんでした。少量ですがオーダーをしたいのですが、これからオーダーしますと、納期がどの位になりますか。また、サンプル返品が難しいのであれば、返却しないように上司と交渉しますので５０％以上のディスカウントを下さい。

Regarding the brand, I received a its line sheet but haven't ordered anything yet. It's just a small number but can I place an order now? If I do so, when can I receive the items I order. Also, if it's impossible for you to accept the return of the samples, I'll talk with my boss to convince him not to return them. In that case, I'd like you to give us 50% discount.

About the title brand, I received a line sheet but I didn't order. I would like to order a few clothes but when is the delivery date if I order from now? And if it is difficult to send back the sample, I will negotiate with my boss not to return so please discount over 50 percent.
