昨年１２月１９日に貴社より発送してもらった荷物の件で問い合わせたいことがあります。
下記インヴォイスの中のリチウムバッテリー$94 from KEHが届いてないようです。
到着時によく確認していなかったので連絡が遅くなりましたが、本日バッテリーが必要になり、到着した荷物を再確認したところ、バッテリーが無いことに気づきました。
この商品は、確か追加のコストを支払い発送することになっていた商品です。
お手数ですが、調査のほうよろしくお願いします。

I have a question regarding the package you shipped me on December 19.
I didn't receive the $94 lithium battery from KEH, which appears on the invoice bellow.
I didn't check it when it arrived, but today I need a battery and realized it was missing from the package.
I believe we agreed that I paid additional fees and you would ship the battery.
Please find out what happened.

I have a question about the package you sent out on December 19th of last year.
The Lithium Battery ($94 from KEH) in the following invoice seems to be missing from the package.
I am late in notifying you about this because I did not check the package details right away. Today, when I needed to use the battery, I checked the package again and noticed that it was not there.
I believe this was supposed be an item with extra shipping charges.
Please look into this matter. Thank you in advance.
