いつもお世話になってます。
昨年１２月１９日に貴社より発送してもらった荷物の件で問い合わせたいことがあります。
下記インヴォイスの中のリチウムバッテリー$94 from KEHが届いてないようです。
到着時によく確認していなかったので連絡が遅くなりましたが、本日バッテリーが必要になり、到着した荷物を再確認したところ、バッテリーが無いことに気づきました。
この商品は、確か追加のコストを支払い発送することになっていた商品です。
お手数ですが、調査のほうよろしくお願いします。

Thank you very much for the past deals.
I have a question about the item which your company sent on December 19th last year.
I have not received the lithium battery from KEH at $94 which was included in the invoice as described below.
It took time to tell you because I haven't checked the contents when I received them. But, I needed it today and found the battery was not there in checking the contents arrived.
Probably, I was going to pay additional fee for deliverying it.
Would you mind checking it.
