動作検証しました。ヘッドを別の本体に取り付けたところ動作しました。
このことから本体に問題があることがわかります。
本体とヘッド一式を返品するので新しい商品を送ってください。

From that, I can see that the main unit has a problem.

The the operation had been confirmed. It worked after I attached the head to another body. I have found that there is a problem with the main body part.
