開始していません。その為、30日以内の発送ができません。
その場合はどうしたら良いのでしょうか？
尚、他の出品者も同様にメーカー未発売の商品の受注を受けています。
30日以前から、予約商品の受注を受ける事はできないのでしょうか？

I have questions.
This product is only on presale, and the Japanese maker has started selling it yet.

This means that we will not be able to send it within 30 days.

This product is still on pre-order and the Japanese manufacturer hasn't started selling it yet. Therefore the item cannot be shipped for 30 days.
