The shop manager's attitude for serving customers towards customers that always come and customers that have come for the first time is completely different. I feel irritated seeing it. He decides his response to the customers that have come for the first time through his prejudiced eyes. For example, he hates young customers. If that sort of customer comes to the shop, he says nothing and ignores them. Even if he is asked a question, his answer is obviously noncommittal. So that he definitely won't meet the customer's eyes, he looks continuously at his computer.

The attitudes of my store manager towards new customers and regular customers are completely different. It irritates me to see that. He decides his attitude towards new customer with his biased view. For instance, he hates young customers. When they come in to the store, he ignores them and if they ask him a question, responds them crudely. He doesn't even set his eyes to them and just keeps staring at a computer screen.
