検索すると検索結果がきちんと表示できず、
また右クリックしてソースを見ると文字化けしている。
解決方法を教えて欲しい。

I'm sorry, but the manual is difficult to understand.
When I navigate through, it doesn't display a search result correctly.
When I see a source by clicking the right mouse button, it show garbage character. Could you plase tell me how to resolve the problem?
