いつもお世話になっております。
同封いたしました商品が制作をお願いしたい商品です。
この商品は充電式になりますが、製作していただきたい物は電源コードの付いたものでお願いしたいです。充電は出来ないものでいいです。
櫛の振動幅や振動回数などを出来るだけ同じにしていただきたいです。
本体形状は片手で握りやすければ、同じ形でなくてもいいです。
1本の単価は１５０元以内で抑えたいです。
初回の発注本数は500本程度を予定しております
上記の条件で制作可能かどうか検討をお願いいたします

As there is no "I/we" in Japanese, I don't know if you are a single person or the representative of a company; If you represent a group of people, you could change "I" to "we" and "me" to "us".
