I think what you might need to do it contact paypal and have them complete the transaction for you. I spoke with them yesterday, and that is something they mentioned you could do if you were having problems doing in on the computer/internet. Also, I thought the payment went through, so I shipped the boots to you already. They were shipped out yesterday.
