今回 サンプルは、116pcs入荷がありました。その内 既に24pcsキャンセルで10pcsは
オーダーシートに記載されていません。何でキャンセル品番のサンプルを出荷するのですか。また、インボイスとオーダーシートを比べて、品番ごと値段は、高い品番と安い品番があります。なぜですか。そして 製品は、オーダーした４分の１しか入荷がありません。いつ、どれくらいの数を出荷できる予定がありますか。

There are 116 pcs samples stocked this time. Among those samples, there are 24 pcs cancelled but 10 pcs are not record in the order sheet. Why are the cancelled goods delivered out? Also, comparing the invoice with the order sheet, the price of each good is different. Some higher and some lower. Why? Moreover, only one quarter product is stocked. When can we plan how many goods could be delivered out?

We received 116pcs of sample this time. Of which, 24 pcs are canceled sample, 10pc are not in the order sheet. Why did you ship the canceled item code's sample?
Also, compared to the invoice and the order sheet, each item code's price is some of them expensive item code and some of them cheap item code.
Why? Also items we received is only one-forth of our order. Is there any schedule which tells when and how many you can ship?

We received 116pcs of samples this time. Among these, 24pcs are the already cancelled goods and 10pcs are not described in the order sheet.
