私は２件のクレームを出しました。下記がAWB番号になります。9451703940・9452351926。まだ、何も解決していません。
日本語での問い合わせが可能と言って出来なかったり、荷物事故があってもそのままで、問い合わせしたら何の件かわからない・・おかしくありませんか？私は月に５回程度利用しています。お金も払っています。しっかり対応してください。当然の責任かと思います。しっかりとしたお返事お待ちしています。

You don't understand my complaint in Japanese although you said that it's possible. I got some troubles of the items and asked you about it and you don't understand what I was asking about...
