二つ目は、「意思疎通の問題」です。日本人の要求内容はインド人に伝わりません。”暗黙知”や”阿吽の呼吸”のような言語メッセージ以外に依存するコミュニケーションに慣れている日本人とは違い、同じアジア人とはいえ英国の影響を残すインド人にとっては日本式のコミュニケーションは理解しづらいのです。依頼内容がドキュメント化して提示されない、しかも要求内容がすぐ変わる。これではインド人は要求を理解することができません。プログラムも日本企業がインドでいかに成功するかという内容に変わってきてます
Second is "difficulties in communciation". Requests of Japanese do not come across Indians. Unlike Japanese people who are used to communication depending on nonverbal languages such as "implicit knowledge" or "harmonizing", it is difficult for Indians with British influence, although we both belong to Asia, to understand Japanese style communication. Requests arenot documented and submitted, besides that requirements often changes. That way Indians cannot understand what's being asked. The program is shifting to how Japanese companies succeed in India.
