Thank you for your contacting me. I was very much looking forward to the arrival of the product, but because the glass was broken, it was very regrettable for me. Thank you for your reply. I'm very sad that the glass has broken, since it was a product that I was really looking forward too. It seems like the pre-amplifier is running without any issues. It is my intention to replace the glass. Like we discussed yesterday, I would appreciate it if 300 dollars could be returned to my paypal to make up for the repair costs.
