ebayに登録されている住所を日本に設定しても支払いができません。「●」とメッセージが出てきてしまいます。申し訳ないのですが、日本配送料を含んだ料金を支払えるようにセラー側で設定して下さい。
バイクの模型に関しては、箱外傷は見当たりません。振動や衝撃により壊れたと思います。
外傷がないと補償適応外となるなら、除外してもいいです。
犬のぬいぐるみと車の模型の損傷は明白です。そちらの補償をして頂ければと思います。
何か他に必要な書類があれば指定して下さい。

Even though I set my address registered on ebay as Japan, it does not allow me to pay. An error message "xx" shows up. I'm sorry but please arrange the amount including shipping cost to Japan at the seller side.
As for bike model, I didn't find any outer box damage. I think it was broken due to shake or outer pressure.
If insurance does not apply without outer damage, it's okay to exclude it.
It is clear that dog stuffed toy and car model were damaged, so please kindly compensate for them.

If you will say that it will not be covered for compensation if there is no external damage, I do understand if it will be excluded.
You can see obviously the damage to the model of the car and stuffed toy dog.
