ebayに登録されている住所を日本に設定しても支払いができません。「●」とメッセージが出てきてしまいます。申し訳ないのですが、日本配送料を含んだ料金を支払えるようにセラー側で設定して下さい。

バイクの模型に関しては、箱外傷は見当たりません。振動や衝撃により壊れたと思います。
外傷がないと補償適応外となるなら、除外してもいいです。
犬のぬいぐるみと車の模型の損傷は明白です。そちらの補償をして頂ければと思います。
何か他に必要な書類があれば指定して下さい。

I cannot perform payment even I set the registered address in ebay to Japan. The 「●」message come out. I am very sorry but could you please set at the seller side to pay the charge including delivery charge to Japan.

With regards to the model of bike, I cannot see external damage on the box. I think it was broken due to vibration and impact.
If you will say that it will not be covered for compensation if there is no external damage, I do understand if it will be excluded.

You can see obviously the damage to the model of the car and stuffed toy dog.
I think compensation will be applied here.
Please let me know if there are any necessary document.
