A社はitem1(B社製)の製品をOEMとして採用しています。A社はitem1を年間約300個購入しています。今回A社が注文したitem1の中に、側面や裏面にキズのある製品が数個あり、A社はそれらを我々に返却しました。B社製のitem1には、側面や裏面のキズの規定が無い為、我々は交換を拒否しました。しかしながら、A社は、側面や裏面でも、かなり大きな傷に関しては、返品したいとの強い要望を示しました。
どうか、図面を見てください。
側面と裏面の一部のエリア（斜線エリア）に関して、幅3mm以上のキズがあった場合は、無償で返品を要求していますが、Ｂ社は承諾してくれますでしょうか？もし、承諾しない場合は、側面と裏面の傷に関して、B社はどのように考えているか(規定しているか)確認して頂けないでしょうか？

Company A uses item1 (made by Company B) as OEM. Company A purchases item1 about 300 a year. Company A found some products with defect on the side and the back among products they purchased this time, and they returned those products to us. We rejected their return orders because item 1 made by Company B doesn't have any regulation about defect on the side and back. However company A requested strongly and said that wherever it’s on the side or back, we would like to return those items with pretty big defect.
