カード会社に6ケタの承認コードについて確認しましたが請求が来ていないので分からないと言われました。
他の確認方法はありますか？
購入額、購入数量を減らしても認証コードは必要ですか？

I tried to confirm the 6 digit authorization code with the card company, but since the bill hasn't come they said they didn't know what to do.
Is there another way to confirm?
Is the authorization code still necessary even if the price or quantity is reduced?

I made a inquiry to the card company about the six digit verification code, but they told me that they do not know as we haven't received the requisition yet.
Are there any other methods for verification?
