大変残念でなりません。
返品する送料をこちらが負担することに私は納得いきません。




転送業者のspearnetというところに送って頂き、それから日本に転送してもらおうと思っていたのですがそれはできないということでしょうか？


これから日本で販売を拡大しようと思い仕入れ先を探していたところです。できれば直送してもらえるとありがたいのですが。
