Hello. I am A and I have a reservation to stay at your hotel as part of a group for two nights starting from September 20. This is my first trip to Switzerland, so I am really excited.
I heard from the travel agency that there might not be a hair drier available at the hotel. If possible, would you be able to make one available for us for those couple of days starting on the 20th? (If not I understand, so please don't worry about it.)
I am very much looking forward to meeting you on the 20th.
