日本食糧新聞社は、食品業務用展示会「FABEX2013」を、2013年4月3日から5日までの3日間、東京ビッグサイトで開催すると発表し、出展者募集を開始した。
FABEXは、中食・外食・給食の専門展「第16回ファベックス2013」と、「第10回デザート・スイーツ&ドリンク展」の２展からなり、中食・外食産業を構成する要素をワンストップで展望できるＢtoＢの展示会。
昨年に引き続き食肉産業展との合同開催とし、合計で展示規模750社・1500小間、来場者数7万5,000人を目指す。
