商品を購入したのは１週間前になりますが、発送の予定日はいつですか。
この商品は私の顧客に頼まれたものであり、できるだけ早く日本に届けてほしい商品なのです。
そして、また私は商品代金しか払っていないので、送料の154.56ドルをどのように支払えばよいのでしょうか。

Hello. I bought an item a week ago and would like to know when you expect it to be shipped.
The item was requested by one my customers and so I would like it to be delivered to Japan as soon as possible.
Also, as I have only paid for the cost of the item so far, I would like to know how I should pay for the postage cost of $154.56.
I am a little concerned and so would appreciate your response please.
