先日購入させていただいた商品の１つに不良品がありました。その商品のシリアルナンバーは119211712です。液晶ディスプレイに１箇所ひびがあります。また電源ボタンに接着液と思われる液体が付着しておりベタベタします（添付の写真をご確認ください）。外箱にはダメージがありませんので、輸送中による商品の破損ではなく、製造時の不良品かと思われます。動作は特に問題ありません。値引きしていただくことは可能でしょうか？

That was a defective item from the batch of products I purchased the other day. The serial number of the item is 119211712. There is a crack in one location on the LCD display. Also, the power button is sticky with something that looks like adhesive glue (please refer to the attached photo). As there is no damage to the external package, it is probably a defect during the manufacturing stage. There is no evident problem with using it.
Can I get a discount for this item?
