いつもお世話になっております。丁寧な梱包と迅速な発送に感謝しております。
先日購入させていただいた商品の１つに不良品がありました。その商品のシリアルナンバーは119211712です。液晶ディスプレイに１箇所ひびがあります。また電源ボタンに接着液と思われる液体が付着しておりベタベタします（添付の写真をご確認ください）。外箱にはダメージがありませんので、輸送中による商品の破損ではなく、製造時の不良品かと思われます。動作は特に問題ありません。値引きしていただくことは可能でしょうか？

There were defects in one of the items that we bought the other day. The serial number is 119211712. There is a crack in one location on the LCD. Also, it looks like there is some adhesive liquid stuck to the power button (please see the attached photos). Since there is no damage to the outer box, I don't think the item was damaged during shipping, and that these are manufacturing defects. There are no particular problems with the operation. Is it possible for you to give us a discount?
