7月29日にあなたから購入したAについて、私のクライアントから問い合わせがあった。
その内容だがトウの部分のＲＯＣＫＥＴＢＡＬＬＺロゴの転写が上にずれており、ＲＯＣＫＥＴＢＡＬＬＺのＥの一番下の線から最初のくぼみまでがアメリカ輸入品は4mmだという。
このヘッドは計ったところ、6～7ｍｍ程度の幅だった。日本のテーラーメイドに問い合わせたところ、この幅で出荷されることはありえないとの回答だった。
このことについて、画像を添付するので、説明してくれないか？
急いで回答が欲しい。

There was inquiry from my client about A which I purchased from A on Jul 29.
The transcribed ROCKETBALLZ logo in the toe part is moved to upper and it was 4mm from the very under line of E of ROCKETBALLZ to the first dent.
The width of the head was 6-7mm. I checked with the tailor made in Japan and they said there is no chance to be shipped by this width.
For this issue, could you explain to me after checking the attached image?
I need urgent reply.

The inquiry was about the 'ROCKETBALLZ' logo print on the toe part which was stirred above, and apparently the length from the bottom line of alphabet 'E' to the first dent should be 4mm if imported from the U.S.
When measured this head, it was about 6-7 mm. We inquired the Japanese taylor about this, and they told us that there is no selling in with this width.
