It is stated as "Free Returns! & Free Shipping on all orders over $50", but do you mean is "Free Shipping on all orders over $50" only in USA?
I live in Japan and I would like you to ship it to Japan.
When I proceed to the payment screen, the cheapest fee is showed as $30 but is $30 the cheapest?

I noticed "Free Returns! & Free Shipping on all orders over $50" listed, but is that free shipping over $50 only for inside US?
I live in Japan and want to get it shipped to Japan.
