３、プレゼント用として購入したいのですが、ショップ袋、商品箱、リボン、ギフトレシートなどは付けれますか？

1. My name is ○○ and I placed an order with you the other day. The items have not arrived yet. Have they already been shipped out? According to the USPS tracking webpage, there has been no updates since 30 July. Please confirm this for me.
2. I can only make payment via Paypal. Can I pay by Paypal?
3. I'm buying this as a gift. Can I include a shopping bag, product box, ribbon and gift receipt with it?
How do I place an order to include these options?

1. I'm ○○, I made an order a few days ago. The item hasn't arrived yet but I was wondering if you've finished shipping it? The information from the USPS tracking screen hasn't changed at all since July 30th.

2. I am only paying with PayPal. Are you able to accept PayPal payments?
