１、先日、注文をしました○○です。商品の方がまだ到着しないのですが、商品の発送の方はお済みでしょうか?USPSの追跡画面で7月30日からまったく情報が更新されておりません。
一度確認をお願いします。
２、私はpaypalでの支払いしかしておりません。paypalでの支払いは可能ですか？
３、プレゼント用として購入したいのですが、ショップ袋、商品箱、リボン、ギフトレシートなどは付けれますか？
それらのオプションを付ける場合はどのように注文したらいいですか？
1. I'm ○○, I made an order a few days ago. The item hasn't arrived yet but I was wondering if you've finished shipping it? The information from the USPS tracking screen hasn't changed at all since July 30th.

2. I am only paying with PayPal. Are you able to accept PayPal payments?
3. I want to buy this for a present but could you include some things like the store bag, the item's box, ribbon, and a gift receipt? If these options are available then how do I order them?
