もし追跡できない、商品の行方が分からないのであれば、
残念ながら一旦paypalに返金の請求を上げます。
ルールでは45日以内にクレームを上げれば受理されますが、

7/31までにご連絡下さい。
それまでに連絡がない場合、もしくは明確な回答がない場合は残念ながら
paypalに商品が届かない返金請求を上げます。
