30日が経過してもお客様が発送した商品が弊社に届かない場合は、Paypalに異議を提出すると同時に、郵便局に捜査の依頼をいたします。
買取金額の支払い後30日が経過しても商品が弊社に届かず、お客様が送り状の控えまたは発送証明書が提示できない場合は、弊社はPaypalを通じ、お客様へ全額返金要求をします。
商品発送時の送り状の控えまたは発送証明書は、お客様が間違いなく商品を発送した証拠になりますので、弊社とのお取引終了まで必ず保管してください。

If 30 days pass after you sent the item to us,we will file claim to PayPal and ask the Post Office to investigate for the item.
If we do not receive the item within 30 days after the payment of the item and you cannot show the invoice or any document prooving for the shippment, we will ask you for the full refund by PayPal.

We willI request the post office for the investigation as well at the same time as we issue an objection to Paypal, when the products our customers dispatched do not reach us after 30 days.
When the products do not reach us after 30 days after the payment for the buy-back is made and the costomers fail to submit the copy of the invoice or the shipment certificate, we demand customers a full refund of the payment through Paypal.
Please be sure to keep the copy of invoice or the shipment certificate, which will be the evidence to prove that you have certainly dispatched the products, until the deal is closed.
