万が一、配送途中に商品が破損した場合
弊社に到着した商品が破損していても、お見積り金額と発送にかかった送料をお支払いいたします。
必ずこの動画のように、隙間のない梱包をお願いします。
元箱(緩衝材も含みます。)をお持ちの場合は、商品を元箱にお入れ頂き、この写真のようにお届けしたクッション材で元箱を包んで下さい。
外箱にダメージがある場合は、弊社が郵便局に保険を申請する場合があります。その際は、書類の提出にご協力下さい。
Even if the items that arrived to our company damaged, we will pay the estimated price and cost of shipping.
Please be sure to pack so there are no gaps, like in this video.
If you have the original box (with packaging included) then please put the item in its original box and wrap the box in the cushioning it was delivered in like this picture shows.
If there is damage to the outside box our company may make an insurance claim with the post office. In this case, please cooperate by submitting documentation.
If the package is delievered to our company with a damage, we will pay you the estimate money and shipping fee.
Please pack the item without any spaces just like the video.
If you have the former box (which also includes the cushions), please put the item in the former box and place the cushions in the former box like the photo.
If there is any damage on the box outside, there is a possibility that our company will request an insurance to the postal office. In that case please cooperate with the documentations.
箱の中に破損した破片がないなど、最初から破損した商品が送られてきた場合は、見積り金額と送料をお支払いいたしません。
Paypalに先払いしたお客様の場合は、Paypalに行きを申し立てます。
万が一、配送途中に商品が紛失した場合
お客様が商品を発送してから30日経過しても弊社に届かない場合は、紛失の可能性があります。
30日経過しても商品が弊社に届かない場合は、郵便局に調査を依頼します。
お客様から郵便局へ調査の申請をしていただく場合もございますので、その際はご協力をお願いします。
Customers paying through Paypal, will be handled by Paypal.
In any case, if the product is lost during shipping.
If we did not receive the goods even afte 30 days of delivery from customer, then it may happen that the product is lost.In that case we would ask the post to survey.
It may also happen that customer may also apply to the post for survey, so during that we require your cooperation.
For customers who paid through PayPal we will declare this to PayPal.
In the event that items are lost during shipping
If the item does not reach us even after 30 days have passed then it is possible it has been lost.
In this case we will request the post office do an investigation.
It is possible you will be asked to submit an inquiry to your post office. We ask for your cooperation with this.
調査の結果、商品が見つからない場合でも、お見積り金額と送料をお支払いいたします。
*調査には、お客様が商品を発送する際に発行されるトラッキング番号または発送証明書が必要になります。お取引終了まで、これらの控えをなくさずに保管してください。
また、Paypalに先払いしたお客様の場合は、Paypalに保険を申請する場合があります。
その際、Paypalからお客様へ、トラッキング番号や発送証明書の提示を求められる場合があります。
* For investigation it is reuqired to have the tracking number and shipment certificate.And please maintain copy of these untill the end of the transaction.
Customer paying through paypal need to apply for insurance to Paypal.
In that case you may be asked for the tracking number and shipement proof.
* A tracking number or proof of shipment issued when you send an item is required for an inquiry. Please be sure to hold on to these copies until the transaction has finished completely.
Furthermore, we may make an insurance claim with PayPal if you paid through them.
In this case, you may receive a request from PayPal to submit to them a tracking number or proof of shipping.
