The venture company's plan of establishment of big solar energy plant in Syoyama Nichinan Cho,Tottori prefecture is starting to be deadlock.The rootcause is the delay of "Consolidation system" whhich sends electricity produced to the electronic wiring of China electricity.Source:Asahi Newspaper article.
